You can create a coupon for Free Shipping, $ off an order & % off an order. It is upto you to run it across the store or offer it only on few yahoo store items.

The Coupon can be set to run indefinitely or expire on a particular day. You can also link the coupon code to your links which you provide to different marketing campaigns so that when any link comes from these campaigns, the resulting cart page will automatically show that coupon and apply it.
