September 1 in your company&#039;s website, I ordered one, order number: dotcoms-545540; 
September 3rd I sent e-mail request to cancel the order, your company&#039;s network shell response will return within 72 hours, but today is September 14 had still not received any message of your company response! In the September 4 from your company has charged my credit card payment and shipping, as usual, your response to your request of the customer to cancel the order processing and timely responses should not be in the absence of any response and no delivery circumstances start charging customers credit card payment and shipping, which will undoubtedly undermine the credibility of your company and customers of the legitimate rights and interests! To this end I have sent four e-mail to your company, but this this is not a Ma clear positive response. I hope that your company who can quickly solve the case!
