Many times you tried to buy something online and wanted to know what experience other customers had with the same item. Like a camera or LCD TV. You must have seen on web stores like www.bestbuy.com, www.buy.com, www.newegg.com etc that they offer Product Reviews for the item they sell.
A customer can read what the other customers feel about the same item.
We now offer a Product Reviews for Yahoo Store
Here is how it works on the front end:
- Customer lands on the item page
- Looks at your item
- Sees how many ratings that item has
- Click on View Ratings to read all the item reviews
- Can add her own review by filling out and submitting the review form
Here how it works on the back end:
- Everytime somebody submits a review, the merchant gets an email
- The review is approved or denied based on the content of the review
- The review page gets updated automatically and displays on item page
